Hello School Social Workers!

Are you ready to join a women-led, therapist-founded organization dedicated to empowering schools and supporting student success? Ampersand Therapy is seeking School Social Workers for the 2025–2026 school year.

This is a full-time, in-person position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a passionate, supportive team.

Job Details:

• Position starts as soon as possible
• Clinical skills and experience preferred
• Provide student evaluations
• IEP minutes and documentation
• Staff Meetings
• Collaboration with school Special Education team

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• CDE Certification or willing to apply ASAP, TEE is acceptable
• Experience working in schools or Special Education a plus
