**Powder Coat Painter (Night Shift) - Up to $33/hr + Full Benefits** **Location:** Arlington, MN **Schedule:** 3rd Shift | Sunday-Wednesday | 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM **About the Role** Join our night shift team as a **Manufacturing Painter** and play a key role in producing high-quality industrial equipment. You'll manage the paint area, work with carbon steel and stainless steel, and contribute to building mixers and bulk storage tanks. **Key Responsibilities** + Operate and oversee the paint area during night shift hours + Paint industrial mixers and bulk storage tanks using spray guns and other tools + Prepare surfaces through sandblasting and other techniques + Safely handle carbon steel and stainless steel materials + Assist in building bulk storage tanks, blenders, and mixers + Operate forklifts and various shop machinery + Maintain a clean and organized work environment **Required Skills & Experience** + Industrial painting experience (spray guns, paint booths) + Familiarity with powder coating and blasting techniques + Ability to work with carbon and stainless steel + Experience with sandblasting and fabrication tasks + Forklift operation proficiency + High school diploma or equivalent + Physical ability to lift, push, and slide up to 50 lbs regularly **Additional Qualities** + Strong attention to detail + Good time management and reliability + Willingness to learn and adapt + Team-oriented mindset with individual initiative **Benefits** + **100% employer-paid medical insurance** + Profit-sharing program + Weekly pay + Short and long-term disability options + Employee boot program + Gym discount program **Apply Now and join a team that values your skills and offers great benefits!** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
