Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position works within Bass Pro’s Marketing Department to create signs for retail stores in a timely manner. This individual will work both independently and with supervision from the Marketing Manager. This individual will utilize brand and marketing guidelines to represent the Bass Pro culture to our customers and retail outfitters.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Create signs used in sales events at retail stores.
• Download signs to stores in a timely manner for retail store associates to print and organize for sales events.
• Communicate any issues of concern to the Marketing Manager.
• Communicate with stores as directed by supervisor.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
  
  

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required : NA

Preferred Degree : Associated Degree in Marketing

Certificate(s) or License(s) : NA

Experience : 0-2 years

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:

• Detail orientated and well organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team and successfully incorporate art direction and feedback
• Self-motivation, problem solver
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
