About the Role
The Junior Account Representative works closely with clients and internal teams to support account management, sales, and customer service activities. This entry-level role is excellent for someone who enjoys relationship-building and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with client onboarding, communication, and follow-ups.
Support account managers with presentations, reports, and updates.
Help identify client needs and coordinate solutions.
Participate in sales initiatives and customer retention efforts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-service or sales experience is a plus.
Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented.
