**Job Title: 1st and 3rd High Reach Forklift Operator** **Start ASAP!** **19.93-21.93/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled forklift operators to support our production team by supplying assemblers with materials and transporting completed parts to shipping for delivery. This role also involves working in the shipping and receiving area to load trucks with completed parts. **Responsibilities** + Supply assemblers with necessary materials for production. + Transport completed parts to the shipping department for delivery. + Operate both high reach stand-up and sit-down forklifts. + Assist in loading trucks with completed parts for shipment. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating high reach stand-up and sit-down forklifts. + Experience in material handling and warehouse operations. + Ability to work safely and effectively in tight quarters. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must pass a forklift operation test demonstrating safe and effective operation. + Previous experience in shipping and receiving is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where teamwork and safety are paramount. The facility is not climate controlled, experiencing warmth in the summer and coolness in the winter. As part of a union environment, candidates will be expected to pay union dues. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.93 - $27.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
