Why Join Our Team * Make a real impact in people’s lives through health and fitness * Work in a supportive, fun, and community-oriented environment * Access to continuing education and professional development through Club Connect and internal coaching programs * Competitive pay with commissions and bonuses * Career growth opportunities across multiple Anytime Fitness locations * Comprehensive benefits for full-time team members, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plan * Free gym membership for you and your spouse Responsibilities * Inspire and Guide Members: Lead fun, results-focused Small Group and Team Training sessions that keep members motivated and progressing * Customized Coaching: Design programs that align with both Anytime Fitness methods and each member’s goals and abilities * Fitness Consultations: Conduct onboarding and assessments to set each member on the right path to success * Track Progress: Monitor client results, make adjustments, and create long-term coaching plans * Educate and Empower: Share fitness, health, and nutrition knowledge to build lasting lifestyle change * Collaborate: Work closely with the management team to support the growth and success of the coaching department * Contribute to Club Success: Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and engage with members to strengthen retention Compensation and Growth * Hourly Pay: $15–$25/hour depending on experience and performance * Commissions: Additional income opportunity from coaching packages and client retention * Bonuses: Monthly performance based bonus opportunities * Advancement: Opportunities to grow into leadership or management roles within our coaching department Qualifications * Current CPR/AED certification * Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) * Prior experience in fitness coaching or personal training is a plus but not required * Strong communication and people skills with a passion for helping others succeed * Comfortable using fitness apps and club management tools * Bonus: Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field What Sets You Apart You’re more than a trainer — you’re a coach, motivator, and lifelong partner in each member’s fitness journey.
