Job Description

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing nonprofit fundraising team!

Our company specializes in face-to-face fundraising , helping charitable organizations and nonprofit partners expand their donor bases and strengthen donor retention through authentic, in-person engagement . By representing meaningful causes, you’ll play an essential role in connecting communities with campaigns that drive real impact.

No previous experience is required — we provide comprehensive paid training, hands-on mentorship, and clear opportunities for career growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit clients at community events, retail locations, and public venues to raise awareness and inspire donor participation
• Engage directly with potential donors to share campaign messages and secure ongoing support
• Assist in planning and executing fundraising events, outreach campaigns, and brand activations
• Set up and maintain branded displays, event signage, and informational materials
• Build genuine relationships with donors and collect feedback to improve retention strategies
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly fundraising goals
• Learn and apply marketing communication techniques and fundraising best practices

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking with new people daily
• Outgoing, professional, and motivated personality with a passion for social impact
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Reliable and willing to travel locally for events and outreach campaigns
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred but not required
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus
